You can easily set the payout moment yourself in our Novotix dashboard. Choose daily, weekly, monthly or after the event. For theme parks, the choice can be made for daily, weekly or monthly. So you are in full control of your generated ticket income.
We partly provide the payment flows ourselves. We receive the third-party funds through our payment service provider partner Stripe and automatically split the amounts among the different purposes. For more information about Stripe Connect visit their website here.
As soon as the onboarding with our organization has started, you can start selling tickets for your event. Please note, however, that we will only pay out the funds once all necessary information has been provided and the account has been approved. This is usually within 4 hours after all documentation has been provided.
